Terms and Conditions

The amount of the participation fee needs to be delivered in full to the Contractor’s bank account. All bank charges related to the transfer should be borne by the Customer.

If the Business Forum is postponed the invoice terms will be extended for this period.

If the Business Forum is cancelled due to circumstances beyond the Contractor control, the participation fee will be returned to the Customer and all commitments are considered to be fulfilled.

The Contractor is not responsible for the Consumer’s loss if the Business Forum is cancelled due to circumstances beyond the Contractor control.

 

The Customer may refuse to participate in the Business-Forum by sending a written notification to the Contractor. In this case the Customer pays cancellation fee to the Contractor:

-25 % of the participation fee if the notification is received more than 45 days before the start of the Business Forum,

-50 % of the participation fee if the notification is received from 15 to 45 days before the start of the Business Forum,

-100 % of the participation fee if the notification is received less than 15 days before the start of the Business Forum.

 

If the Customer doesn’t attend the Business Forum without sending a written notification to the Contractor, the participation fee will not be refunded.

 

All complaints are accepted during 5 calendar days after Business Forum.
